Phase 1

Lot availability

Phase 1 of Bergeron Village was opened in November of 2024. Since opening we have sold 11 sites to individual customers and builders. Builders who own sites can be contacted from our builders pages showing what they have purchased for their customers or for your new home.

Phase 2 of Bergeron Village was opened in March of 2025. Since opening we have sold 19 sites to individual customers and builders. Builders who own sites can be contacted from our builders pages showing what they have purchased for their customers or for your new home.

Phase 3

Lot availability

Phase 3 of Bergeron Village is currently under construction and will open in October of 2025. Since beginning development on this phase we have taken sold 14 site reservations. Reservations for the remaining lots can be made by contacting us directly. The reservation form is located in our documents section of this web site.
